Accessibility

There are hearing loops or similar, both for the audience and on every seminar stage. In some rooms you need to have a a hearing loop that you wear around your neck. Theese loops can be retrieved in the information desk at the entrance level.
Some seminars will be sign language interpreted. These seminars are highlighted both in the printed programme (with the symbol of two hands) as well as online. When reserving your tickets, you can also request to have a specific part of the programme interperated. We try to accommodate all participants’ requirements as far as possible – and will contact you well in advance if, for some reason, we are unable to meet your needs.
Currently we have no seminars that will be deaf blind interpreted. However, when reserving your tickets, you can request to have a specific part of the programme interperated. We try to accommodate all participants’ requirements as far as possible – and will contact you well in advance if, for some reason, we are unable to meet your needs.
All rooms are adapted for wheelchair users.
If you are in need of an attendant you can turn to available volunteers at the information desk. We kindly ask you to contact us ahead of time if you already know that you will be in need of an attendant at the forum.
The programme in Braille can be obtained at the information desk at the forum. Contact us if you want to take part of the programme earlier or are in need of different material.
Please contact us if you have very specific dietary needs and we will look into the possibility of making a special order at the restaurants. There are no meals included in your tickets. All food served during the forum is vegetarian (including vegan options).
